Michael Reich has over 5 years of consulting experience after working over 15 years in corporate finance. His experience includes topics such as budgeting, forecasting, pricing, performing due diligence on acquisition candidates, and integrating acquisitions. He has worked in large family owned enterprises, publicly traded companies, and private equity backed firms. He has had P&L responsibility for organizations spanning 600+ employees domiciled in 40 countries, and in excess of $200M in annual spend. As a consultant, he has worked with clients to improve their accounting and finance functions, supported annual reviews with outside CPA firms, reviewed pricing, and supported asset dispositions. Michael holds an undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.
