Virgin Orbit filed for bankruptcy and the company is seeking an expedited sale. Monster Energy, Bang’s largest creditor, may purchase the bankrupt rival energy drink company. J&J has increased its offer to settle outstanding talcum powder cases, and may try filing for bankruptcy again. Layoffs weren’t enough to allow David’s Bridal to avoid another bankruptcy filing. Tupperware may not be far behind.
