The Importance of Lost Earnings Calculations

After someone is injured, becomes ill, or loses their life in an accident, litigation often follows. Once liability is established, lost earnings is a key component of the injured party’s damage claim. Recently, former Flyers trainers filed suit, alleging chemicals used in the operation of the Zamboni caused their illnesses. In Florida, the parents of a teen who died after falling from an amusement park ride this spring have filed suit.

If you are representing a client in this sort of litigation, or your client is facing damages that include a lost earnings claim, Asterion’s professionals can prepare or review the calculations and guide you to the appropriate damages amount under the assumption of liability.
