Stephen J. Scherf, CPA/ABV, CVA spoke at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (“PBI”) program entitled Business Divorce held at the PBI’s facility in Mechanicsburg, PA on March 7, 2013. Mr. Scherf discussed business valuation and forensic accounting issues encountered by owners, counsel and other parties in interest in the context of shareholder and partner disputes in a privately held company. In addition, Mr. Scherf joined the panel of attorneys and computer forensic professionals to discuss essential strategies that can be employed to cost effectively resolve such matters.
