Tammy L. Hersh Joins Asterion as Principal
Asterion, Inc., a leading provider of financial and economic consulting services focused on forensics, valuation, intellectual property, and performance optimization, is proud to announce the recent addition of Tammy L. Hersh, CPA/ABV, CFE, CFF as a Principal to the firm.
Tammy has 25 years of accounting and finance experience with an extensive background in providing expert and consulting services in the areas of economic damage analysis, forensic accounting, and business valuation. Her experience includes disputes involving shareholder actions, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, class actions, wrongful terminations, and divorce proceedings. She has prepared hundreds of valuations on a variety of industries for shareholder disputes, diminution of business value, breach of contract, divorce, and gift and estate taxes. As a CFE, she has assisted numerous companies and attorneys with matters involving employee theft, financial statement fraud and accounting malpractice.
Prior to joining Asterion, Tammy served as Principal at a boutique accounting firm and as a Director with a national public accounting firm providing litigation and valuation services. She also worked in public accounting providing traditional accounting services with a focus on auditing and private business accounting.
Tammy has spoken before professional and educational groups on various aspects of damages and forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation consulting.
