Ronald B. Morris specializes in the provision of financial project management, finance and accounting outsourcing and tax projects to both privately and publicly held companies. Ron is an entrepreneur who has had active ownership in businesses in the service, retail and technology industries.
Ron's project management experience includes improving processes, creating effective financial reports for management, developing financial accounting policies, integrating accounting functions after acquisition, documenting policies and procedures, performing financial analysis and managing cash flow. Experience with finance and accounting outsourcing includes GAAP fair value reporting and reports and preparing and analyzing financial statements. Tax projects Ron has worked on include the preparation of corporate and state tax returns.
Ron is a Pennsylvania licensed Certified Public Accountant, as well as a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
